This Catholic hospital was founded in 1242 and is one of the last examples of a self-sufficient medieval hospital, with a farm, gardens, pharmacy, ice chamber and cemetery. It is extremely well preserved and commonly considered a masterpiece of religious and medical art. Not to be missed.
