Abbey of Floreffe - Founded in 1121 by St Norbert, Abbey of Floreffe dominates the Sambre Valley. Its buildings surround a delightful main courtyard. Furthermore the church contains superb baroque stalls and a museum has been set up. The brewery mill dating back to 1250 is the place for visitors to taste the different products made in the abbey – beer and cheese. Guided visits for individuals in upon reservation.
